PFL announced its 2024 regular season’s first half dates and locations on Tuesday, featuring notable stars.
The season opens on April 4 at San Antonio’s Boeing Center, showcasing heavyweights and female flyweights. Heavyweight competitors include PFL champion Ante Delija, former Bellator champ Valentin Moldavsky, and Bellator flyweight champion Liz Carmouche debuting in the women’s 125-pound class.
On April 12, the action moves to Las Vegas with events at The Theater at Virgin Hotels, preceding UFC 300. This night initiates the light heavyweight and lightweight seasons, featuring PFL champion Impa Kasanganay, PFL Europe’s Jakub Nedoh, and former Bellator champion Phil Davis. Also competing are PFL’s Clay Collard and ex-Bellator lightweight champ Patricky Pitbull.
The third event is on April 19 at Chicago’s Wintrust Arena, focusing on 170-pound and 145-pound matches. Participants include 2023 PFL champion Magomed Umalatov, former Bellator champion Andrey Koreshkov, 2023 PFL featherweight champ Jesus Pinedo, and Timur Khizriev.
PFL CEO Peter Murray highlights the increased challenge in the PFL regular season with Bellator stars joining. He expressed excitement for the season’s launch in San Antonio, Las Vegas, and Chicago, noting this as the PFL’s biggest season, reaching ten major markets and broadcasting to 160 countries.
